Jaffa Restaurant

According to Google and Trip Advisor, Jaffa Restaurant is one of the highest-rated Halal restaurants in Prague. This establishment was named after the old and significant city of Jaffa in Palestine and it serves up a range of delicious Arabic dishes. If your a fan of anything grilled, then you’re in luck, as Jaffa Restaurant specializes in juicy kebabs and succulent lamb chops.

In terms of cost, the restaurant is a bit on the pricy side with the main dishes ranging from RM30 to RM200. However do note, the more expensive dishes tend to be items like the mixed grill platter, which is meant to be shared. So, this is the perfect place to celebrate and hang out with your friends and colleagues.

Istanbul Kebab

This Turkish restaurant also has high ratings on both Google and Trip Advisor. The restaurant has been serving up delicious Turkish food to the people of Prague for over 20 years and prides themselves on using only the best ingredients for their dishes. From döner kebabs to baklavas for your sweet tooth, the Istanbul Kebab restaurant is the perfect place to get your fix of delicious Turkish cuisine.

In terms of price, it falls around the mid-range area with a döner kebab sandwich costing around RM18 and a plate of shish kebabs for RM40.

Mailsi Pakistani Restuarant

The Mailsi Restaurant opened its doors in 1997 and was the first Pakistani restaurant in the whole of the Czech Republic. Their specialty is serving amazing, Halal, Pakistani and North Indian dishes to those who walk through their doors. Some authentic Pakistani dishes you could find in this establishment include Chicken Tikka, Biryani, Naan, and more. 

This restaurant is higher in the price range, with a plate of Chicken Biryani costs around RM65 for example.

Manni Kebabish

Manni Kebabish serves up fast-food that is Halal certified and is well known for being quite affordable compared to the rest of the Halal restaurants you can find in Prague. The restaurant specializes in serving up cheap Pakistani, Indian, and Turkish food to customers at an affordable price. They even serve pizza there too!

A kebab plate, consisting of slices of döner kebab, your choice sauces, and salad will only cost you around RM12. A 30cm Kebab Pizza will cost you around RM21. In all, this place is very affordable compared with the other restaurants on our list.

Their opening hours are 11 AM to 11 PM on Weekdays, but their hours on Saturday are 12 PM to 12 AM and on Sunday, 12 PM to 10 PM.

Due to the cost of food at some of the restaurants, it is recommended that you try and cook at home instead. Luckily, there are also several shops selling Halal-certified meat and products. 

Halal Meat Ltd.

Despite the name, this shop sells other items besides meat. Here you will be able to find a wide range of Halal-certified products from snacks, dairy products, canned foods, cooking condiments, and more.

Galaxy Food

According to one Google review, Galaxy food is “the best halal shop in Prague”, whether you can take their word for it or not, you will be glad to know that this shop also serves up a variety of Halal-certified products. It is also sitting in a convenient location next to the tram and metro station.

And they are open Mondays to Saturdays from 9 AM to 7 PM.
